Q:    It says "from £250". Can I really get a proper website for £250 or is this just some sort of teaser?
A:    We will provide you with a complete website and all of the services listed above for this price.

Q:    What if I need/want more than 5 pages on my website?
A:    No problem. You can have as many additional pages as you want. Additional pages cost £50 each.

Q:    I understand this package includes 12 months hosting of the website. What happens then?
A:    You then need to renew the hosting. This costs less than £50 per annum.

Q:    It says the domain is registered for 2 years - what happens then?
A:    The way the internet works is that domain names have to be re-registered every 2 years . This costs £15.

Q:    We want to be www.ourcompany.com rather than/in addition to www.ourcompany.co.uk. Can this be done?
A:    Of course. This costs an additional £25 (.com has to be registered with an international agency and it is slightly more expensive)

Q:    I want animations, videos, music, forms and other features on my website. Can you do this?
A:    Absolutely. We would be pleased to quote you for these more advanced features.

Q:    I want to be able to sell goods on my website using PayPal, credit cards etc. Can this be done?
A:    Yes. We would be pleased to quote you for these more advanced features.

Q:    I already have a domain registered and/or some webspace with an ISP. Can you use this?
A:    In most cases, yes. We may also be able to offer a discount so you are not "doubling up" on your hosting costs. However, we may not be able to offer any services over and above the actual development of the website.

Q:    Will we be tied into CTACS?
A:    We would look to retain your business by providing good service! But the answer is: No, we openly provide all technical information, website code and information to help you transfer your site elsewhere should you ever wish to do so.

Q:    What if we need more than 10 email addresses?
A:    For 50 email addresses, add £30 to the initial cost and then add £20 per annum to the hosting renewal cost. For 100 email addresses, add £75 to the initial cost and then add £60 per annum to the hosting renewal cost. For unlimited email   addresses, add £250 to the initial cost and then £200 per annum to the hosting renewal cost.

Q:    How can I get my website to appear in search engines such as Yahoo! and Google?
A:    There are 2 main methods. Method One - we will submit your site details to 400 search engines including Yahoo!, Google, MSN, AOL, Lycos and AltaVista every month for a year. This costs £100. Method Two - you sign up for a scheme such as Google Adwords. The way this works is that you pay Google and when people search then your site may be listed in a prominent position - if the viewer then clicks on your link then you are charged. The success of this 'pay per click' scheme largely depends on how much money you spend but it is under your control. You can sign up directly with Google or we can assist you in doing so.
